1-on-1 coaching is a great way to develop your own leadership and management skills, or those of a specific team member you are trying to support.
With the coaching program, there is no long term commitment, and you can choose between weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly options.

I served as a submarine officer in the Navy for over 7 years.
I have also owned 2 manufacturing companies, one of which I successfully sold, and the other I continue to operate.
